Quintech Solutions, Inc. is a minority-owned, small business enterprise (SBE) providing Construction Services to Government, Education and Commercial markets. Headquartered in Summerville S.C., Quintech was established in 1997 as a security consulting firm and has average revenue for the past three years of over $3.5 Million.
After incorporating Construction Services in 2007, Quintech was able to expand service offerings by way of Construction Management, Project Management and Quality Control of small and large-scale Security Room Construction, General Renovation and Design/Build projects. In 2017, Quintech expanded to include the Georgia regions of Atlanta, Augusta, and Savannah, with a new narrowed corporate focus on Flooring, Painting, Drywall and Acoustic Protection.
Our team not only includes Certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) and Construction Managers (CM), we also have in-place the ability to increase our current labor force within 24 hours through existing personnel arrangements including professional installers, painters and drywall skilled laborers. Quintech remains dedicated to delivering quality and cost competitive services to our clients.
Harold C. Gillens, PSP, CHS-III, CFC, President of Quintech Solutions, has over 24 years of Security Engineering and Project Management experience and holds a Masters of Engineering Management from George Washington University along with his B.S Degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University. In 2011, Mr. Gillens was also recognized at the Summerville Councilman’s Ball as one of the Young Entrepreneurs of the Year.
He was formerly employed by Nortel PEC Solutions, and SPAWAR System Center Charleston, where he held management positions in Information Security, Physical Security, and Advance Technology. He is a Certified Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified in Homeland Security(CHS-III), a Certified Forensic Consultant (CFC), a member of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC), American Society for Industrial Security(ASIS), and the International Organization for Black Security Executives (IOBSE).
Quintech Solutions, has also been recognized by INC. MAGAZINE in 2008 as one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies within the Security Industry.
