• Complete Interior Painting: Doors, Door Casings, Walls & Trim throughout. This included Wall Patching and Surface Preparation.
• Bathroom and Kitchen Upgrades: Kitchen Sink Installation, Replacement of Faucet Knobs, Light Fixtures, Toilet Handles and Toilet Paper Holder, where applicable.
• Removal and Replacement of Vinyl Stair Treads and Reinforcement of Stairwell Hand Rail.
• Window Glass Replacement
• Clearing of Gutters and Roof Debris
• Full Cleaning of Units
